Accessibility statement

A website and worlds for everyone

At Starfold Studio, accessibility is the reason we exist. This page explains which standard we follow, how we test it and how you can tell us if something does not work for you.

Our commitment

This website is designed to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, the international standard published by the W3C and required by most accessibility laws, such as the European Accessibility Act.

We apply the same standard to our worlds: every menu and every gameplay flow must be usable without sight, with a keyboard or a controller.

How we test it

What you will find on this website

  • A link to skip straight to the content.
  • Well-ordered headings and landmarks to move around with a screen reader.
  • A thick yellow focus outline, always visible when you navigate with a keyboard.
  • High contrast between text and background, and an 18-pixel base text size, larger than usual.
  • Every image described, or marked as decorative.
  • A layout that adapts to zoom and small screens without cutting content.
  • Respect for the system "reduce motion" preference.
  • Full content in Spanish and English.

Known limitations

  • Automated tests cannot catch every problem; that is why we add manual testing.
  • The quality of news image descriptions depends on whoever publishes them. Our editor requires one, and we review them.

Found a barrier?

If anything on this website or in our worlds is not accessible to you, write to us. We reply as soon as possible and treat it as a priority bug.
